    I used a 25 pounder, which is 11 kilos, a bit too much and I had to stop early on each set, but I will work my way into following your time before I buy a lighter weight, I'll get there. Great exercise for ones arms, this is a keeper.

    5 STEPS to get back in to FITNESS!.. ✅Ease into workouts. If you’ve taken some time off working out, focus on building the intensity up slowly and understand that your consistency will give you best results rather than going all out, risking injury or muscle soreness for days!… ✅Have a plan. We feel much more motivated and inspired when we have a clear path to our goals. It also helps keep us going when the initial motivation falls… ✅Don’t change too much to soon. It’s important to make small lifestyle habits in your workouts, or diet or sleep etc because often when we make a lot of big changes, we are unable to sustain them for a longer period. I know it’s tempting to restrict everything and go all in, but it’s not usually beneficial, in the long run… Make small changes, make it a habit, then make some more. ✅Make recovery & de-stress a priority. Exercise is important, but we also need to focus on recovering from our workouts. Not only this but finding calmness and happiness in the mind is essential for this journey to be a success, and enjoyable! So - consistent sleep routine, breath work, meditation, baths, massage, being in nature, stretching and so on… make sure it’s a part of your daily routine if you want to be health and happy. ✅Have support and accountability from a community. We know that when we have someone or a group of people to lean on for questions, support or even just accountability, we are able to stay consistent and reach our goals. Knowing that we are not alone and that we have positive people around us on the same journey is very powerful. Make sure you join the private Facebook group for my app users!
